Dear Customer/Manufacturer, Omisys AB (former Omicron Systems Scandinavia AB) was in December 2012 bought by Profcon Electronics AB and has since then acted as a separate subsidiary under its own name. But the plans has always been to fully integrate Omisys AB into Profcon Electronics AB . So from June 1st we will migrate all of Omisys ABs administration into Profcons existing systems, which basically means that we from this date will process and register all incoming customer purchase orders, outgoing orders, payments and invoicing under the name of Profcon Electronics AB.
