Profcon aquires On Control
Profcon AB with offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Vansbro have aquired On Control AB in Dalsjöfors.
On Controls main business is development and production of control and management modules for fire dampers. The company has extensive experience of fire safety solutions in ventilation systems since the eighties.
“On Controls products complement our SIOX-products in the fire damper management segment very well, and covers a part of the market that we have not previously been visible in” says Mr Micael Andersson, CEO at Profcon AB in a press statement.
Due to this aqusition On Control AB becomes a fully owned subsidiary to Profcon AB which in turn is part of OJ-Gruppen located in Vansbro, Dalarna.
